DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery timeline consists of two phases:

  • Processing time: your order is verified, confirmed, and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 working days.
  • Orders placed on Friday evening or over the weekend may require slightly longer processing times.
  • Delivery time: the average delivery time is 7 to 12 working days.
  • In exceptional cases, delivery times may extend up to 30 days due to high demand, international logistics processes, or public holidays. The delivery times indicated are non-binding estimates.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

ORDER TRACKING

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
  • You can track your order at any time via our tracking link.
  • Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the tracking information to update.

PARTIAL DELIVERIES

  • For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

DELAYS & LIABILITY

  • In the event of an unexpected delivery delay, we will, of course, keep you informed.
  • The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods is only transferred to the consumer at the moment the goods are delivered.
